Strollers steal stunning win to start 2024 season in style

After the delayed start to the season, the Strollers opened our account at Old Camdenians this afternoon with a stunning win – clinching a true nail-biter to seal victory over our friends the Croxley Guild by the narrowest of margins... just 3 runs!

Having managed only to post a modest 132 with the bat, our performancewith the ball was nothing short of exceptional – Abhik starring with a sensational 5-16 as he systematically dismantled Croxley's top order. Despite a spirited rearguard action from the Croxley tail, we held our nerve until Viral skittled last man Manners with the oppo requiring only 4 to win. One for the history books! Congratulations to all involved.
